OpenText - good value for money
OpenText is primarily used for software management in our company. More specifically used to maintain legacy applications used in our organization as we transition.

Cost effective and firm document management software.
Content management has been the greatest role played by OpenText eDOCS. It allows me to prepare and edit any document in the project before publishing. It has effective proofreading features that highlight errors in any content to enhance better reflections. It can be maintained with minimal cost with a flexible user interface. It has the capability to transfer files automatically once they have been approved to a suitable destination.

OpenText eDOCS is an excellent file categorization and document management and document editing software. Its features are easy to customize and get started working with OpenText eDOCS. Project files access through OpenText eDOCS is very simple and reliable reports from the OpenText eDOCS features and even the integration capability is the most effective for multiple file import and export of other documents to different documents management platforms.

It is a complete document management system enabling holistic content management - from searching and storing to organising. It is easy to integrate with other platforms and applications, like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook emails).

Microsoft SharePoint is a simpler alternative for OpenText eDOCS. It can be used for the same objectives, i.e. to share and manage content, search for information, and collaborate across business areas. Integration with other applications and platforms can be rather limited, in comparison to OpenText eDOCS, but the interface can be considered cleaner than the one of OpenText.
OpenText offers a complete document management suite that allows me to search, retrieve, store, and organize documents in the cloud. It helps me get my day-to-day tasks done in minutes, allowing me to focus on other, more important things at work. With OpenText, I can integrate with various platforms and cloud platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Office 365, Google Docs, or Microsoft Azure. I really appreciate using this tool.

Although I occasionally use other document managers, OpenText remains my favorite, as it does an excellent job of managing content and documents in a variety of scenarios. And also integration with the cloud is essential nowadays. The other tools don't integrate the interface and the document search so well. And for that, I prefer to just use OpenText which already provides me with all these options.
